What types of tours do you offer?

Motorcoach tours

Does the tour price include everything?

Most tours include transportation, lodging, admission to attractions, many meals, and the services of a professional tour director and driver. Each tour lists specific inclusions in its description, so you know exactly what’s covered.

Do I need travel insurance or protection?

Travel protection is strongly recommended. It helps cover unexpected events such as trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, or lost luggage. Travel protection typically must be purchased before final payment.

When is final payment due?

Each tour has its own payment schedule. Generally, a deposit is required at booking, and the balance is due by a specific date before departure. Details are provided with your reservation.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance usually qualify for a full refund.

Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are typically nonrefundable.

Reservations can often be transferred to another traveler if you notify us before departure.

If a tour or cruise cannot operate due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit may be provided.
